coded so you'll have to solve the puzzle before you can make this peanut buttery

Hint: Look for similarities in words, for example THE, THERE, THEIR, THEY, and THEN. Also, look for repetitions in single and double letters, for example E, R, S, T, and LL are all common letters. Remember that if a D stands for N in one word, it will do so in all words.
