Chocolate Butter Frosting 1 1-ounce square baking chocolate 1/4 c. butter 2 c. confectioner's sugar, sifted 1/2 tsp. vanilla dash of salt 2-3 T. milk or cream Melt chocolate and set aside to cool. Cream together butter and 1 c. confectioner's sugar. Add vanilla, salt and milk to creamed mixture, mix thoroughly. Blend remaining sugar in and add cooled chocolate. Mix thoroughly.
