Chocolate Frosting for Cookies and Bars

1 1-ounce square chocolate
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 T. cream
Confectioner's sugar
Melt chocolate. Blend egg yolk and cream into melted chocolate and add confectioner's sugar until a spreadable consistency.
