Chocolate Glaze

 2 T. butter

2 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate

3 T. hot milk

1 c. confectioner's sugar

dash salt

Melt together butter and chocolate.  In a small mixing bowl, combine hot milk, sugar and salt, and add melted chocolate mixture, blending gradually.
