De Luxe Chocolate Frosting for Cookies and Bars

These yummy frostings can be sandwiched between two cookies or spread on top of bars, and most of them are very simple to make!

De Luxe Chocolate Frosting

2 ounces sweet chocolate

1 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate

3 T. butter or margarine

3 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar

5 T. hot milk

1/2 tsp. vanilla

In a saucepan over low heat, melt together chocolates and butter.  Dissolve sugar in hot milk and pour into chocolate mixture.  Add vanilla and beat until mixture is a spreadable consistency.
