Quick Chocolate Frosting for Cookies and Bars 14-15 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 T. water dash of salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Melt chocolate and gradually blend in milk, mix well. Add water and salt and blend thoroughly. Cook mixture for a few minutes stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat and add vanilla. Cool before frosting. Source: The Cookie Cookbook |
