No-Bake
Peanut Butter Drops

These
cookies are so easy to make and very good, too! Even my 2-year-old son
had fun scooping and dropping these cookies. We all enjoyed eating them. |
We used crunchy peanut butter which gave these cookies an
additional crunch.
Yields about 5 dozen.
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
5-6 cups cornflakes (may need more)
Boil the corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan. Add the peanut butter and
stir until smooth. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla and
cornflakes. Use a scoop or drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Store
in an airtight container.
