Chocolate Malt Cookies Ingredients: 3/4 c. sugar Directions: * Cream together 3/4 c. sugar and butter, in a large mixing bowl. Add vanilla and egg, blending well. * Add the next 4 ingredients and mix until blended well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll around in remaining 2 T. of sugar until lightly coated. * Place cookie balls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes at 400 degrees, or until edges are set. * Remove cookies from oven and press 1 malted milk ball into the center of each cookie. Cool for 2-3 minutes and remove from pan. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies Source: Pillsbury Best® All Purpose Flour
